What visitors say

I recently visited Windsor Leisure Centre, and it is truly a fantastic place for people of all age groups. Whether you are going with family, friends, or even on your own, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The swimming pool is clean and spacious, perfect for both serious swimmers and families who just want to have fun. The gym is fully equipped with modern machines and equipment suitable for beginners as well as fitness enthusiasts. There are also various sports courts and activity areas that make it a lively and energetic environment. What makes Windsor Leisure Centre stand out is how welcoming and family-friendly it is. Children can enjoy safe and fun activities, while adults can relax, exercise, or join classes. It’s a great place to spend quality time together as a family and create wonderful memories. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The centre is clean, organized, and well-managed, which makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, Windsor Leisure Centre is a brilliant place to visit. You can easily spend a great time there with your family, stay active, and have fun all in one place. Highly recommended for everyone!

Basically it’s a rip off because i payed full price and I used 10% of the service because none of the slides in park didn’t work at all, the staff isn’t friendly, the swimming pool is very old, and there is dirt everywhere with a horrible smell starting from the toilets to the changing rooms and even the water. I highly recommend on not coming here.

While I was not using the pool/gym facilities I was sat in the cafe to the side. I must say that the receptionist staff left such a lasting positive impression on me for the period of time I sat there. They were all so caring towards those they spoke to. I witnessed lovely, genuine welcomes from Nicola to everyone she greeted who entered the centre. Her enthusiasm and care to everyone’s entrance was spectacular. Truly a professional, who was not only helping people have the best experience to above and beyond, but was so lovely and warm with her conversations to people she recognised. Huge well done to Nicola & the entire team x

We would like to mention Raj who works on poolside. He was absolutely brilliant. So helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help us with a locker and came back after our swim to make sure we were ok. What a lovey guy!
