The Hideaway is a single-storey cottage on the North Wirral Coastal Country Park, sleeping two in one bedroom with an ensuite. Everything you need is on one level: an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and a bedroom with a double bed and Smart TV. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with a welcome pack on arrival.
What makes this property stand out is the private hot tub for four guests and a front garden with barbecue. There's parking for one car and an electric car charging point available at cost. You have the whole place to yourself, with owners nearby but not on-site. Smoking is not permitted.
Meols Beach is a short walk away, and the property sits at the edge of walking trails through the coastal park. The Wirral has golf courses, wildlife reserves, and access to West Kirby's Marine Lake and Hilbre Islands. Meols train station, a 15-minute walk, connects to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester; alternatively, the Mersey Ferry from Seacombe reaches Liverpool's waterfront and city attractions.

Stopped in this lovely accommodation for 4 nights, it is literally on Meols sea front, you can experience some coastal walks taking in nature and soaking up wonderful sun sets. The hideaway is also only a short walk from the train station which has a very good service to surrounding areas. Whilst here we visited Liverpool, Port sunlight and Chester with our long days and many foot steps rewarded by relaxing in the hot tub watching the sun set. We would definitely look to stay here again and have already been recommending to friends and family.
