I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The listing stated that free parking was available, but when I arrived, there was no parking provided whatsoever – a major inconvenience. The property description also mentioned kitchen appliances and a washing machine, but these were not in the room as implied. Instead, they were part of a shared communal area, which was never made clear beforehand. The rooms were incredibly compact, almost claustrophobic. The studios was extremely small, and tall or larger individuals would struggle to fit in the toilet area. To make matters worse, the toilet seat was broken, and only one out of two showers worked. The ventilation was poor, with no accessible windows apart from a roof window that hard to reach. There was no proper fire exit, which raised serious health and safety concerns. Overall, the layout and construction appeared to be poorly planned, and frankly, it felt like the property might have been illegally built – I find it hard to believe it meets any building, fire, or CDM standards. This place was not only uncomfortable but also left me concerned for my safety. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
