This was not a good experience for me. There was extensive mold in the bathroom, and its smell prevented me from sleeping. I stay at many IHG properties every year, and this is the first time I have experienced anything like this. The hotel eventually moved me to a room without the moldy odor, after I complained, but upon checkout, it never offered an apology for the unpleasant experience.
