I booked this place through Booking.com When i arrived to the place and got keys from the shop downstairs As soons I walked into the Apartment i wanted to leave straight away due to hygiene Dirty Sofa , Broken shower tray, Wordrobe with dirt inside and broken shelf, 2 Different sofas bith with lots of stains. The mattress was horrible. I had to book another place straight away and handed the keys back to shop downstairs.and I tried to contact the property owner and he didn't answer the call Few days later managed to contact the property owner and very unprofessional. And he refused a refund. I will advice any one who want to stay there please dont as you will regret. I requested the refund and heard nothing Booking.com a

BED BUGS - I’m warning everyone not to stay here! I awoke at 2 am to be covered in bed bugs crawling on the sheets and over my suitcase which I had to throw away Environmental health are now looking into the place! Please don’t waste your money The room had no blinds and the sofa in the kitchen area was broken Please read all the reviews !! The place promised me a refund many times and I’ve still not had it so has to do a charge back on credit card They also have the cheek to charge a £50 cash damage deposit even though the rooms are disgusting with no blinds and broken furniture

2 day visit for family catch up. Booked for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were well presented and spacious. The bathroom clean with toiletries available, bath with overhead shower but no gran rails or support for access to shower and bath slippy. That is not a complaint just information.

You get what you pay for and this was only £60 a night for an apartment. Once you get past the front door that looks like the door to a boarded up building, pay the cash deposit (which we did get back) and the filthy state of the stairs carpet, the actual apartment is quite good albeit lacking some DIY skills by the owner (I had to fix the bedroom blinds myself as the missing parts were stuffed in a drawer). Single glazed windows mean you hear all the noise from the bus and tram station outside and the night club next door starts at 11pm until the early hours, so definitely no good for light sleepers. Other than that, close to town, clean and tidy.
