Tucked into the Suffolk heathlands near Woodbridge, Holistic Woods offers a genuinely wild-camping feel with just enough infrastructure to keep things civilised. We had an amazing time staying here! Arrived to be greeted by Joe who gave us a quick run down of where everything was, and we were told to make ourselves at home and welcomed as if we were part of the family. We could pitch up wherever we wanted, anything we needed/had forgotten they were there to help. There is basic facilities (water/toilet) and everyone there went above and beyond to make our stay a brilliant experience for us and our children, even had the opportunity to feed the on site free range hens and plant some bluebells! It is the perfect place to let kids be kids, exploring nature and being immersed in it. Truely wild camping, the forest has a zen atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at peace as soon as you arrive. I would highly recommend to everyone! We will definitely be back. Thankyou again for everything you did for us, you went above and beyond & it was therapeutic for all 💛

We're on our way home from a lovely bank holiday break at Holistic woods wild camping and we had a wonderful stay. The site is run by very friendly people who were so happy to help us find the perfect shaded woodland spot with 3 children in 30 degree heat. We enjoyed walking the surrounding woodlands, building dens and making 'pine cone bug villages' it's a very chill environment and we plan on returning! The Finns.

Hosts are very nice. Location is nice, part in the woods and part on a green. Hosts sell eggs, bread, beans and other small essentials. Thought the forest area was bigger but not a massive issue. Set up tents and hammocks Had a lovely night. No rush for us to leave

Joe met us at the entrance, gave us a quick induction and then let us pick out a pitch we liked. We found a quiet spot with plenty of shade because it was 30 degrees and absolutely roasting. Short walk to the toilets and the water standpipe. Perfect no frills "almost wild" camping in a beautiful and well kept setting. We dropped off the log crate before leaving and had a quick catch up with Joe again. Super friendly people. Will definitely be back.
