The Coach House

Woodbridge sits on the River Deben in a corner of Suffolk where woodland, coast and cultural landmarks cluster close together. The Coach House occupies its own grounds within the owner's natural landscape, across the river from the medieval town centre. This converted detached building comes as a whole to yourself, with room for five across three bedrooms and one bathroom.

The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview and DVD player, a kitchen/dining room with electric cooker and washing machine, a double bedroom, and a twin room. Upstairs is a flexible sleeping space with a z-bed and pull-down single. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Lawned garden with furniture and sitting-out area adjoins the property; parking for two cars is on site. Bed linen, wi-fi and electricity are included, along with initial fuel for the open fire. The owner can provide fresh vegetables and eggs. No smoking throughout. Note that there are open spiral stairs.

The White Lion is within walking distance, and Woodbridge's shops are a mile away. Nearby lie Sutton Hoo, Orford's fishing village and castle, Snape Maltings, three golf courses and forest walks. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
