About Premier Inn Worcester M5 J6

The Malvern Hills are within easy driving reach, and Worcester itself is close by for those wanting a look at the city, with golf, pubs and restaurants also nearby for anyone not keen to stray far from the hotel. Premier Inn Worcester M5 J6 makes a practical base for either, sitting right by the motorway junction with free on-site parking.

There are 104 rooms across three floors, each with an en-suite bathroom, and accessible rooms are available. Beds are comfortable and rooms are kept clean, which makes for an easy night before heading out to explore. A lift serves all floors, and reception is staffed around the clock.

Breakfast offers a good range of choices, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for evening meals and drinks, along with meeting rooms for those travelling on business. The restaurant has been known to feel a little under-resourced at busier times, so those wanting a leisurely dinner might allow extra time. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which goes some way to smoothing over any such gaps.

We stayed at the Premier Inn last night and had breakfast at the adjoining restaurant this morning. From the moment we arrived, Craig made us feel so welcome. He was friendly, attentive and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. He was especially thoughtful and reassuring when we explained that our grandson has a severe peanut allergy. He took the time to ensure everything was handled safely, which gave us real peace of mind. When our son was delayed, Craig kindly arranged for his breakfast to be kept warm until he arrived – a gesture that really went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and Craig made our whole breakfast experience memorable. We honestly can’t remember the last time we received such exceptional service. He is a real credit to the team and we wanted to make sure his efforts were recognised. Thank you, Craig, for making our morning so enjoyable!

This was one of the best Premiere inns I’ve ever used (and there’s been a lot). It was new year and the staff were wonderful, it was exceptional in cleanliness and food was top quality. I would definitely recommend this as a stay for travelers going that way 😊 thank you. I was a member of house keeping many years ago and standards were high, they excelled in all areas 🙌 well done staff and management it was outstanding in my opinion 👍

Stayed for the Worcester bosche training facility down the road. Rooms good free parking. Main thing is they catered to my allergies good selection at dinner, Craig at breakfast was superb 👌 got me a fresh cooked breakfast (which was gluten free) as I am coeliac and normally struggle with chains with lack of knowledge. Great stay 👌

I’ll be honest, a very dated and basic hotel for a premier inn. Staff were fantastic and I know they cannot do anything regarding the infrastructure of the hotel but it is in drastic need of a renovation. ‘You know what you’re getting’ or whatever the slogan is. We wasn’t expecting an ambient room temperature of 31° at 4 in the morning. With absolutely no way to cool the room other than a fan along with the windows opening no more than a jar which I get health and safety etc etc. However in 2026 A/c should be mandatory in all hotels, especially premier inns which I was a bit naive to the fact that not all premier inns do have A/c so I should have checked before I booked as we would have definitely stayed elsewhere. We checked in just after 11pm and checked out at 4:30am due to the room being so hot and only being able to doze on top of the quilt instead of actually getting a decent nights sleep we decided carry on with our journey and catch a couple hours in the car in a nearby services. I’ll add we was on the first floor so I can’t imagine what it was like on the floors above. On top of the lack of A/c, the rooms are typically that of a mid 00’s hotel, i mean it’s all clean but the TV is minuscule not that we used it and the bathroom was grubby, not unclean but just in need of an modernise. So in a nutshell if you struggle to sleep in the heat I wouldn’t book this hotel in the middle of a heatwave and find somewhere else with A/c. I’m just glad we only stayed the night as we probably would have had to pay double to sleep elsewhere other nights.
