The Hay Loft is a first-floor apartment with loft-style character: exposed beams, brick walls and an arched window define the space. Access requires climbing 11 steps. Two bedrooms sleep four—one with a double bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. A living room and kitchen/dining area complete the layout, with a gas hob and electric oven for cooking. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One dog is welcome here.
The property sits within a farmhouse resort that includes a campsite and caravan park. Parking for two cars comes free. There's a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shared garden with sitting-out area and furniture. The grounds have steps, and no smoking is permitted indoors. Poulton-le-Fylde and the wider Wyre area offer countryside walks, historic architecture including St Chad's Church, independent shops and markets in the town centre, and several golf courses nearby.

This place is excellent whether want a short weekend or overnight stay or even if you want much longer stays. It has electric hook up and if you ask you can also get the WiFi code. There are shower blocks and toilets which are kept nice and clean. I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here in The Hayloft,. Lovely setting, peaceful and welcoming. Such a nice touch to arrive to fresh eggs, bread and milk. Thank you, great hosts. Well worth trying the jams too, delicious. Just a short drive away from Poulton town centre.

Great site with good double size pitches on grass with stone standing areas within pitch. Clean toilets, dish washing area and shower block. Some levelling required. Lovely hosts, with some home produce for sale too. On the outskirts of Poulton but in walking distance.

Nice quiet friendly site. Small site but good sized pitches. Clean toilet and shower blocks. 10 minutes drive to Blackpool and all of the attractions. Shops, pubs and takeaways nearby. My kids loved the chickens who roam the site!
