Holly Barn is a converted barn on a single level, done over to a high standard with a contemporary edge. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has proper cooking equipment; the separate lounge has a smart TV and somewhere to settle after dinner. One bedroom holds a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower, the other a double with a family bathroom containing a bath and overhead shower. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. One dog or cat may stay free of charge.

The property is part of a small development with shared access to a patio and communal garden, surrounded by secure gates. There is parking on site. No smoking indoors.
