Just returned after another fantastic stay at Lakeside, 10 days this time and it still wasn’t long enough, loved every minute. It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean place and Karen and Jason are the most friendly, kind and considerate Site Managers we have ever met, always happy to help. We were joined by our friends for a couple of days this time who have two dogs and there are plenty of places to walk the dogs including the designated walking area, without having to disturb the fishermen around the lovely lake. Everyone on site is friendly and because it is so nice you do tend to see the same faces time and time again which proves how popular it is. All plus points from us, no negative at all, will be visiting again and again, thank you for a great time. Paul and Diane x

A very local site to me and only found out about it 9months ago. I only use it for the fishing which is excellent. The lake is well accessible to all and is well looked after. Obviously you need to look on the website for any fishing restrictions that are in place, they are there for the health of the fish. The site itself is very clean and popular and I would say quiet. There is an onsite shop also for most essentials if needed. Now the weather is getting warmer I will defiantly be there most weeks at sometime for some tight lines.

Just spent 3 nights Absolutely fantastic site and amenities. Friendly staff who were very welcoming. Definitely would recommend. Returning in July for our 4th time.
