A gem of a guest house close to Aberdeen Harbour and downtown Aberdeen not far from the both the rail and bus stations. My room was immaculately clean and was very comfortable. The whole guest house felt loved and well cared for. The hosts Donna and Derek were very welcoming and the freshly cooked breakfast was splendid. The sideboard had extra items like cereals and yogurts. I had to go to Aberdeen for the Tall Ships and Donna and Derek had not increased their prices - I had a splendid stay at a very good price. The Wifi was included in the price and was very fast. I thoroughly recommend staying here. Linda

A very comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, Donna was welcoming and helpful, breakfast was good, good location, reasonably priced. If I return to Aberdeen, I'll be staying here, unless it's fully booked.. which wouldn't surprise me.

A well located B&B only a short walk into town. Breakfast is good. They have a range of rooms, can be a little noisy at the front in the summer with the Ferryhill over the road. Donna and Derek easy going and helpful so coming and going / schedule changes hasn't been a problem. They have a couple of regulars so it can get busy but that's a good sign!

Had a really great stay here. Really comfortable room, with a table in the bay window which was a great place to work. Really friendly owners, very helpful and welcoming. It's about 10-15 minute walk to the main high street, and about 10 minutes from the train station so it's very convenient location. Would highly recommend
