Step into Spire View and you're met with an open-plan layout across the second floor: living and dining areas flow together, with a kitchen running along one side. The living space has a smart TV and Netflix; the dining area doubles as a games room with a pool table and table tennis. The kitchen is set up for real cooking—induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine all there. A utility room houses the washing machine and extra fridge space.

Two bedrooms, both with kingsize beds and smart TVs, give flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The first has its own ensuite shower; the second uses the main bathroom, which has both a bath and separate shower cubicle. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. No smoking in the apartment.

The location puts you on a quiet street within the city centre, steps from the Music Hall and walking distance of the main shops, galleries and restaurants. The beach is nearby, as are museums and leisure facilities. A 10-minute walk gets you to Union Square shopping centre and the train station.
