A very nice place, traditional, easy to find and spotless. Communication with Hosts via WhatsApp is easy, there was a possibility for earlier check in which honestly saved my life. The breakfast is good: a lot of cereal options, peanut butter butter, yogurts, nice tea and coffee selection (even decaf), oat milk available. I would really recommend the stay. Affordable and lovely.

The rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast is a basic continental style and plenty of it to choose from. The location is excellent, close to parking, rail and city centre. There is no parking at the accommodation but paid parking is within 150 mtrs.

Was in Aberdeen for my daughters Graduation and stayed at Butlers guest house for 2 nights. Was such a cosy stay. They’ve even managed to change my dates at last minute due to my daughter mixing up her dates. Was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely selection of cereals and drinks. Just what we needed. Thank you.

Very comfortable, well-appointed and clean room, good self-service breakfast, easy check in/access. An easy walk from station especially if you come out through multi-storey carpark onto College St.! Would definitely use again. Thank you 🙂
