This hotel is a little gem with the best staff. The room was large, the tub/shower was amazing with unlimited hot water and great water pressure. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. Rachael at the front desk, Holly and Ladda in the restaurant deserve special recognition for going above a beyond. The location is also perfect. We walked to the city center and the harbor and to the Catholic Church which was only 1.5 blocks from the hotel. 10/10 stars

The main thing that I would like to say about this hotel is how welcoming and helpful the staff are. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, from your Reception to Housekeeping staff and those who served us breakfast, my friend and I really enjoyed our stay with you.

Love staying here when I come up for work, tried staying at a different hotel once and just didn’t compare, this gem is probably the best hotel in Aberdeen and definitely the best staff, there’s a couple of front of house staff who remember me everytime I come back and just make you feel welcome from start to finish. Rooms are great, clean and even the standard doubles are better than most hotels king rooms. 100% recommend staying here.
