Greenlands
Aberdeenshire
Greenlands is a converted granite steading on the south side of Royal Deeside, surrounded by fields and trees in a quiet spot. The detached property has two bedrooms—a super king and two singles—plus two bathrooms, a sitting room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with a dining area. There's a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Oil heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. French doors from both the living room and kitchen open onto a patio with garden furniture and a firepit. You have space to park two cars on site, and there's a bike store for exploring the estate and surrounding moorland. One dog stays free of charge.
The location suits anyone wanting walking country without isolation. Aboyne is five miles away, Banchory nine miles, and Aberdeen under an hour's drive. The area holds several National Trust properties: Craigievar, Crathes and Drum castles are all within reach. No smoking indoors.
