South Lodge

South Lodge is a detached house sleeping eight across four bedrooms and one bathroom. Ground floor has two single beds in one room, a living room with woodburner and Freeview TV, plus a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: two doubles and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. A stream runs through the garden, which opens onto a rear courtyard. Parking for four cars is on site, and there's a bike store.

Essential facilities including heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. The woodburner fuel is covered. One pet stays free. The property is no-smoking throughout. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.

Banchory sits on the River Dee, with the Cairngorms National Park accessible for hiking and wildlife spotting, the Deeside Way for walks, and several golf courses in the area. Fishing and watersports are available on the river itself.
