The Byre sits on a working beef farm in Deeside, surrounded by open countryside with walking routes starting from the property itself. Banchory is half an hour from Aberdeen, and the landscape around it offers castles, cycle trails and small villages within reach, though the immediate setting is rural and quiet.
The conversion has three bedrooms across two floors—one on the ground level, two upstairs—with two bathrooms and space for six. Downstairs, an open-plan living area has a woodburner, French doors onto a patio, and a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all included. The hot tub on the rear decked area fits four people and is private to the property.
Outside, there's a sitting area at the front and rear with a BBQ, parking for two cars, and a bike store. The owners also run Deeside Activity Park a mile away, giving guests access to all-weather facilities. One well-behaved dog can come free. No smoking indoors. There are steps in the grounds.
