About Kingswood Hotel
Kingswood Hotel sits between Kinghorn and Burntisland on the Fife coast, around six miles east of Aberdour, set within over two acres of gardens and woodland with panoramic views across the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh. Independent and family-run, it has built its reputation locally as much on weddings and events as on overnight stays, and the grounds and setting give it a more relaxed, less corporate feel than some of the larger hotels further inland.
The Sea View Restaurant makes the most of the hotel's outlook, serving a menu built around local produce, while a private dining room and coffee lounge offer further options for guests. Bedrooms are comfortable rather than lavish, geared toward both leisure visitors exploring this stretch of the Fife coast and guests attending one of the hotel's frequent wedding and function bookings.
Its coastal position between two Fife towns each with their own beaches makes Kingswood a reasonable base for a coastal-focused stay taking in Aberdour, Kinghorn and Burntisland without needing to move accommodation.

Just had a four night stay, there for a friend's birthday party. Dal and his staff went above and beyond, nothing was a trouble. It's a super place, would love to go back one day. Had everything we needed. They host a great event, and looked after us so well. Thank you, it was a great experience. Dal you run a fabulous hotel so very well.

We just got married here. Dal and his team went over and beyond for us. Absolutely fantastic experience! Our wedding was amazing from start to finish! Highly recommend. Food was spot on too👌🏼 Thanks again Dal! We will be back especially for the Indian buffet 🤤

Just enjoyed our usual order of an excellent high tea of fish and chips which was cooked to perfection. Also the yummy, delicious cakes which we had to have a doggy bag to take home. Will be back very soon. 👍

Lovely little hotel. Attentive staff, fantastic view from our balcony (highly recommended the sea view room). Room was clean & had everything you need. Radiators were not working in the bathroom & the room one was only hot at the top (may need bleeding) but we were warm and cosy and had a great nights sleep! Would highly recommend, especially for the price!
