As a family we went for the flumes and the waves at the swimming pool but one of the flumes was shut, the one that the smaller children can ride. The wave machine was also broken. My husband also wanted to use the steam room, he asked for it and paid for it, he then had to ask the receptionist for the band for entry into the steam room because he forgot to give it to him. The receptionist failed to mention that the steam room was broken. He was refunded for this on the way out and also asked why they aren't telling people that these things are unavailable. The receptionist then put up pre prepared signs stating these.l things were unavailable. We had also checked Facebook before going to check it was open and there were no notices online letting people know these are unavailable. This was at the weekend. Also the toilets in the changing village were minging, I felt dirtier leaving than I did before entering. Never saw anyone cleaning the changing village either. The floor throughout was nasty. Do not recommend.

Went here for a quick day out with our wee man, spent a total of 20 minutes ish in the pool as absolutely freezing, bairn was turning blue from the cold and constantly shivering, had to take him to showers 2ce to heat him up, mentioned it at reception to be told they are the warmest pool in fife at 29c, which we can tell you is a blatant lie, if it was 29c the bairn wouldnt have wrnt blue and shivering constantly from the cold, definetely wont ever go back would rather travel to dundee or perth as pools are actually warm and got stuff to do

Haven't been but the owner replies to the reviews which is cool, recently moved in to Burntisland and will go to the leisure centre at some point.
