Swimming pool is generally ok. Changing rooms are generally ok but today there was a strong smell of fish?/Urine? in the changing area which I reported to staff. Hope they acted on my complaint? Shower facilities are dated as when showering the flow of water lessons to hardly anything coming out if someone is using the shower next door. Best to use them when no one else is having a shower at the same time.

Lovely small gym but you got all essential equipment. Lovely helpful staff. All are profesionals. Good vibes. Plenty of classes and also swimming pool. Annual membership is cost effective.

It's ok. Viewing area for the pool is terrible. They had a small cafe which was welcome but soon closed. Facilities in the gym are good. Quite a few staff members are miserable and awkward unfortunately 😕

I’ve been using this gym now for about eight months, right through its restoration. The result is a fantastic improvement of old. All equipment is new and good quality. Perfect if you like your resistance and cardio equipment. It’s great kit! I have only two gripes. One of which could probably be rectified easily and the other is probably a result of lacking space. 1. There’s very little floor space for any form of stretching or cross fit setup. Where there is a rack of floor mats and floor workout equipment, there is only space for one person (two at a close push - you’d be friends) to actually perform a floor workout. 2. The free weights equipment is brilliant. BUT, there are THREE bench press stations, which sadly can’t all be used at the same time. If someone is at each station, it isn’t possible to all be bench pressing or dead lifting. I’d suggest removing one of these stations and perhaps even creating a little extra floor space for floor activities. On the whole, it’s now clean, bright, friendly and most of the (all new) equipment you could want. Especially good value for money too.
