Rhona's Cottage suits families, small groups and couples wanting a base near Abergavenny. The property has three bedrooms—two doubles and a bunk room—plus a bathroom with shower over the bath, sleeping six in total. One well-behaved pet stays free. The whole cottage is yours alone, with a private garden and patio accessed via a shared walkway with a sloping lawn.

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining room has a woodburner and a 32-inch Freeview TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and all the basics covered. Upstairs are the bedrooms. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A welcome pack, travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. The garden has furniture and a summer house; there's also bike storage and on-road parking with public car parks nearby. No smoking indoors.

Abergavenny town centre—with shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants—is within walking distance. The Brecon Beacons and walks including Pen Y Fan are within reasonable reach, as is Monmouth. The annual food festival happens each September in town.
