Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with wood for the burner. There's a back garden with furniture for sitting out and private parking for one car.

Chantry House sits on East Street in Shoreham-by-Sea, a working coastal town with a proper high street of independent cafés, vintage shops and pubs within a short walk. The River Adur runs through the locality with paths for walking and cycling. Shoreham Beach, a protected nature reserve, is nearby for less strenuous outings, while the South Downs National Park rises inland for hiking. Brighton is a short drive or train journey away. The town's harbour, still active, keeps things lively around the waterfront. No smoking throughout the property.
