The Shoreham Penthouse

The Shoreham Penthouse occupies the top floor of Mariner Point, a waterfront development beside the River Adur. Two balconies—one facing south-west, one south-east—catch light throughout the day and overlook the river, town and distant South Downs. The whole apartment is yours alone, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas on one level, with large sliding doors leading to the main balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bedroom one has a zip-and-link super-kingsize (or two singles on request) with ensuite; bedroom two holds another super-kingsize; bedroom three a double. The main bathroom has a bath with shower. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and a travel cot and highchair are available. Private parking for two cars is in the basement; a lift serves the sixth floor.

Shoreham-by-Sea has independent shops, cafés and restaurants dotted through the town centre. The River Adur runs beneath you, with the beach and Brighton within easy reach. Smoking is not permitted inside. The shared garden terrace has seating but is accessed down three steps.
