Harbourside

Harbourside is a second-floor apartment in a new development on the edge of Shoreham-by-Sea, positioned where the River Adur meets the coast. Couples and families with young children are welcome here. The whole place is yours alone, with private parking for one car and additional on-street spaces available.

The open-plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows framing views across the water; a balcony runs along both sides. You get a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, a living space with a 43-inch Smart TV, and a dining area. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other a single. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over it. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The Adur Ferry Bridge is within view to the west.

Shoreham-by-Sea sits between Brighton and the wider South Coast beaches. The property does not permit smoking.
