The South Downs are a short drive inland for walking; Worthing's pier and amusements are nearby, as is Brighton's broader appeal. Seaside Place itself is positioned on the beachfront with direct access to the shore.

The house holds 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across two floors. Ground floor: four bedrooms (three kingsize, one with an additional single bed), plus a living and dining room with a 75-inch smart TV, Netflix and Xbox, opening onto a conservatory. The kitchen has two electric ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. First floor: one double bedroom, a second kitchen with breakfast bar and electric fire, plus two bathrooms. Essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. The enclosed garden has a hot tub (additional charge), sitting-out furniture and barbecue. Private parking for eight cars. One pet is welcome. No smoking throughout. Note that the stairs are open, steep and narrow in places.
