Really impressed with this museum. Even in awful weather it was enjoyable. The buildings and layouts are excellent as were the displays, the cafe is large and really well priced for families. Dog friendly in most areas, including the cafe, and a brilliant playground for children. And all this for free! Well done on such a great attraction.

Great day out for all ages. Enjoyed the exhibitions and interactions with the volunteers. Particularly enjoyed The experiment simulator ride. Nice cafe, had a pleasant lunch there. Love to visit again.

Great railway museum. Very educational and interesting to visit. Me and my elderly parents enjoyed very much. We also manged to experience steam train ride, which was specially put on just for 1 week to celebrate 200 years of railways.
