We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of 25 for a full weekend, and honestly, we couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally by the lady manager, which made organising such a large car group completely stress-free. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and all of our guests commented on how well they slept. The facilities were excellent throughout the stay, and everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. They were friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble—even with a group our size. Their positive attitude genuinely made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Food and service were also top-notch, with great quality and plenty of options to suit everyone. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, which is no small feat with 25 people! We were looking for somewhere with air con, cozy bed and good location - it ticked all these boxes. The staff were friendly and helpful, although I would say the reception was understaffed. The rooms however definitely were not clean enough. Bathroom had a lot of mold stains, door appears to be chewed on (probably water damage) and carpet was not vacuumed well. This would have been a near perfect stay if cleanliness was better

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, brilliant breakfast and modern rooms with FABULOUS air con! In this current heatwave it was the best night's sleep I've had in a month. Dinner was convenient but not fabulous, a fancy microwave dinner at best.

Overall comfortable stay for a course with work. Rooms well equipped but could’ve done with a desk instead of a coffee table. Cleanliness was okay but some areas had been missed potentially for a while as looked like residue from works being completed in the walls. Quiet most of the time and the bed was comfortable. Good access to Filton/ north Bristol and industrial areas. Traffic busy entering/ exiting hotel at peak times. We had breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good selection but the cooked elements were over done. Dinner was also average but more than enough for a budget option. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, gave us plenty of information and greeted us each time we came and went. Morgan was FOH throughout our work trip and was very helpful.
