Grange Holidays - Grange of Berryhill

Grange of Berryhill is a five-bedroom house on the outskirts of Dundee, set within four acres of grounds. It sleeps ten across bedrooms ranging from a super-kingsize to a double, with three bathrooms to service them. The whole property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.

The kitchen is comprehensively fitted—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine—and opens to a dining area where larger groups can eat together. Two reception rooms give flexibility: one with an open fire, the other with a woodburner and a Smart TV for Netflix. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating is gas central. Outside, a private hot tub accommodates six, there's a tennis court, a firepit and summerhouse, patio seating areas and a gas barbecue scattered across the grounds. Parking is available for four cars on site.

The location sits on elevated ground southwest of Dundee, surrounded by farmland but within easy reach of the city and its attractions—the V&A, Discovery Point and the shops and restaurants of the city centre. Beaches at Tentsmuir near St Andrews and further north at Carnoustie, Montrose and Lunan Bay are accessible day trips, as are the Angus Glens for walking. No smoking inside the property.
