India Lane Cottage sits on two storeys down a quiet lane near Montrose. Downstairs holds the living room, kitchen and dining area, bright and simply furnished with a smart TV and electric fire. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with two singles—and a shower room. On-road parking is available outside.
The coast is within a mile, and the cottage is within walking distance of Royal Montrose golf course and the town centre with its shops and restaurants. The nearby RSPB reserve at Montrose Basin draws birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts, while the Angus Glens attract walkers looking further afield.
