What visitors say
Beautiful position with sea views. 5 min walk to the perfect beach. The may bluebells were spectacular. There is a lot of care and thought gone into this site. Someone has quirky artistic flare and added a wide selection of articles around the site, painted in bright colours and designed to make you smile. Lovely dog walk, which i don't say very often. It was also immaculate in every way. We will b back.

Lovely campsite, amazing views out to sea and 5 minute walk to Tralee beach. All the facilities were nice and clean and the showers were very warm, perfect to combat the chilly rain. The owner was very nice and we had a good chat upon arrival.

This was our 3rd and final visit to Seaview campsite, the first two visits we couldn't fault the site, immaculate clean, pleasant owner and amazing view. This final visit (and I say final as we were told we would never be allowed to come back) was a different story. We booked for 3 nights and paid on arrival, the site was as we had found it previously, immaculate facilities and Duncan the owner was welcoming and pleasant. On our last day my two children were outside at the bottom of the caravan site flying there kite with my husband supervising making sure that they kept away form the caravans. Out of nowhere Duncan came over and in an aggressive manner said, you have to stop that immediately!) We were taken back as we didnt think we were causing a problem, my husband stayed calm and said what's wrong we aren't harming anyone and aren't near the caravans, to which the owner replied in a threatening manner, ' this is my land, dont tell me what to do on my land, there are no signs saying that you are allowed to fly kites' my husband calmy said that there were no signs to see we couldn't fly a kite. The owner them threatened us with throwing us of the site that evening and we were banned from coming back to the site. It was so wierd and I still cant get my head around what happened, left us feeling vulnerable and unsure what might happen next. So, if you are looking to book an immaculate site this might be the one for you but be prepared to hedge your bets (like in Russian roulette) on which version of Duncan you get! Absolutely awful man and clearly is a bit of a loose cannon!

This was our third trip to this site. On our final evening my children were flying a kite when Duncan turned up and demanded we stop immediately. I challenged and when I asked why he basically said it’s my caravan site and you are to stop even though I said we were nowhere near any of the caravans. I’ve been caravanning with my family all my life and have never been spoken to in such a rude manner from a site owner who seems to forget we are paying guests. We will never return nor recommend this site! You let yourself down Duncan!
