Eriska View sits on the west coast of Argyll, reached by a single-track road that winds down to a remote location overlooking Loch Linnhe. The cottage is recently built, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. Downstairs, French doors open from the living room onto a garden; the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Upstairs, the main bedroom is a kingsize with an ensuite shower, a second kingsize bedroom, and a third with two single beds. The grounds include garden furniture, and there is private parking for three cars.

The property neighbours the Isle of Eriska. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A travel cot and highchair are available. The cottage does not permit smoking. It sleeps six and is yours alone—no shared facilities or other holiday lets within the grounds. An electric car charging point is available at additional cost.
