The bungalow is a single-storey detached property in Tayvallich village, refurbished in 2024, with two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with two singles), one bathroom, and everything on ground level. An enclosed garden with seating area and bike storage sits to the rear. On-site parking accommodates two cars, and the essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are included.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a Freeview Smart TV and patio doors opening onto the garden. Tayvallich Café is within walking distance, along with a village shop, post office and harbour-side inn. The village sits on Loch Sween in a horseshoe bay, popular for boating and sea kayaking with public slipway and pontoons. Carsaig Bay on the opposite side of the peninsula is about ten minutes' walk away, with views across Jura Sound. The property does not permit smoking. One dog is welcome.
