Innish Beag is a compact stone cottage on the Isle of Seil, connected to the mainland by road bridge. Built on a single plot with its own entrance and parking, the property sits just metres from the historic bridge and commands views across the water. The whole place is yours alone for two people—no shared spaces except a garden seating area and barbecue that you can use.
Inside, an open-plan ground floor combines kitchen, dining and living areas with windows facing the views. You get a working kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher; a roll-top bath and walk-in shower; and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wooden stairs lead up to the loft bedroom with a double bed and better views still. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all covered. Outside, lawned gardens front and back offer places to sit; the rear slopes uphill with mature shrubs and screening around the barbecue.
The island has a pub and restaurant within walking distance, a local store at Balvicar, and shops and eateries scattered around. The bridge itself is a draw for visitors and photographers. The cottage does not accept children under 12, and there are steps in the garden. One car parks on site.
