Inverglen Farm
Argyll and Bute

The Argyll coast sits within easy driving distance of Inverglen Farm, a detached farmhouse tucked into woodland above Cairndow. Inveraray is close by, Oban lies further north, and the Dunoon peninsula opens up southward—all accessible without straying far from the property. A shop and pub are half a mile away on foot; restaurants within a mile. The beach is eleven miles off.
The house itself spreads across two floors and sleeps seven across four bedrooms: a double on the ground floor, a king with an en-suite above it, a separate double, and a twin room. Three bathrooms serve the bedrooms. Downstairs you get a spacious kitchen/dining room with an Aga, two sitting rooms (both with open fires), a utility room and a shower room. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; you can buy fuel locally for the fires. A lawned garden with patio furniture wraps around the property, and there's parking for four cars on site. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost, though note there's an unfenced river roughly fifty yards into the garden. No smoking inside.

What guests say
Our 3rd visit. The farmhouse has all you need to get by and just perfect for our family and dogs. Love the history of the place and the very rural location. A perfect break from the chaos of daily life.
