Ten acres of grazing farmland stretch across two sides of this coastal property, which sits at the end of a quiet road in Argyll and Bute. The detached house itself is modern, with solid oak flooring downstairs and a south-facing aspect that catches both sunrise and sunset. From the main rooms you look out across the water towards the Isle of Bute and Rothesay, with the mountains of north Arran visible in the distance. A large garden runs down to direct access onto the shore.
Inside, three bedrooms sleep up to eight people: two with kingsize beds and one with a double and two single beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The ground floor holds a living room with wood-burning effect fire, separate dining room, and a sun room positioned to frame the view—low windows here are ideal for watching the wildlife, from swans and grey seals to dolphins and birds of prey. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, opening into the dining area. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. One well-behaved pet stays free. The garden has a patio with seating and a barbecue, plus a store for bikes and equipment. Parking is provided for up to five cars.
