Argyll and Bute

Taigh An Uillt works well for families or groups of friends wanting space and comfort by the water. The entire house is yours, with three bedrooms spread across the ground floor: one with a super king bed, one with a zip-and-link super king that can split into singles, and one with bunks. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle. The living and dining room has a smart TV and sound system; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered.
The real draw is the setting. The house sits yards from the water's edge on Argyll's Secret Coast, with uninterrupted sea views across the Kyles of Bute. Two enclosed lawned gardens—one at the front, one at the back—come with garden furniture, a firepit and BBQ. You can park three cars on site. One dog stays free. The village of Tighnabruaich is within walking distance, offering pubs, cafés and local arts and crafts. Nearby are isolated beaches, fishing ports, Portavadie Marina, and ferry routes to Bute, Arran, Jura and Islay. The paddle steamer Waverley calls seasonally. No smoking in the house.
