Teal Cottage sits on the waterfront at Glendaruel, where Loch Riddon opens toward the Firth of Clyde. The Cowal Peninsula around it holds hills, glens and rugged coastline; Tighnabruaich is nearby on the water. The cottage itself is a detached house, ground-floor throughout, arranged around a central living space with a wood burner and loch views.
There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—a double and a twin—plus a separate shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and dining table. A utility room has a washer and dryer. The garden is fenced and gated, with sitting-out furniture and views across the water. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the wood burner come with the booking. There is parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free. Smoking is not permitted.
The cottage works for families, groups of friends or couples wanting somewhere quiet by the water. The enclosed garden makes it suitable for children; the accessible ramp at the rear helps those with mobility needs.
