Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk. A beautifully refurbished restaurant and pub is just a short stroll away less than 100 metres. Note: There is a stream running round the lawn and there is a wall with a 2 ft. drop near the lawn, children to be supervised. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent. Please note: This property can only accept check-ins on a Friday. Please note: Short breaks are accepted, but they cannot extend past a Friday Check-in day
