The Old Chapel Barn sits where the Lochead Burn meets the water, a rural property on the Argyll coast within a mile of the shoreline. The house sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a ground-floor double and shower room, and two twin rooms upstairs alongside a full bathroom. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
The layout makes the most of the setting. French windows from the dining kitchen open onto a patio, and the sitting room's large windows face across the water. An enclosed garden extends down to where the burn runs through, offering space to move about while staying within the grounds. The open fire adds warmth to the main living areas on colder days.
The location suits anyone wanting quiet time in a rural corner of Scotland—the Argyll coast is within walking distance. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.

We had our wedding at Old chapel farm and it was amazing. The venue has soo much to offer, our pictures came out beautifully! Andrea and john were lovely and accommodating through the entire process. The accommodation is beautiful and has a Mediterranean charm, our guests loved everything about the accommodation and venue. I can't thank the team enough for making our day fantastic. Absolutely stunning venue. It’s the perfect place for a wedding. The accommodation is super cosy and perfect for the moment with plenty of rooms. The Venue itself boasts great scenery as a lovely backdrop and also a lovely cozy space for indoor reception if that is what you enjoy. There is more than enough space to organize everything that you would need. There are also amazing spots for pictures both for the couple and for guests! Management team is lovely and super easy to deal with. 100% recommend the venue!

The most perfect venue for my wedding reception.. Andrea played a big part in my experience and was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning she cared to all my needs and answered all my questions promptly. This was so reassuring and I felt in very safe hands throughout. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this venue! All my friends and family were full of compliments. Truly a hidden gem! The family loved the place so much we might be back for a family reunion next summer!
