Willowburn Cottages – Torsa sits on the Isle of Seil, connected to the mainland by the Bridge over the Atlantic. The location opens onto the shoreline, and from here you can reach boat trips to the Gulf of Corryvreckan where dolphins, porpoises, basking sharks and white-tailed eagles are regularly spotted. Oban is a 20-minute drive, offering ferries to Mull, Staffa and Iona. Glencoe, Fort William and Inveraray are all within reasonable reach, and the area has castles, gardens and archaeological sites dotted throughout.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: one double bed and two singles. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric cooker, dishwasher and washer-dryer, alongside a shower room. Decked doors lead out to a garden area with furniture and lawn. Parking for two cars is on site. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included.

Within a quarter-mile are a pub and restaurant. A shop is two and a half miles away. The property does not permit smoking. There are six steps from the decking down to the garden, and the grounds include a pond, stream and direct beach access.

If I could I'd put 10 for the location! Beauty and peace of nature, but not too far from Oban for the week's shop. Everything was sparkling and clean. I'd definitely recommend it. Beautiful. Hopefully we'll be going again.

John (the host) was very kind and helpful and gave us great tips. The apartment was spacious, modernly furnished, quiet, and had a lovely garden right on the water. There was also a fantastic view of an inlet of the Atlantic. It was a very pleasant stay.
