Nice little no nonsense hotel with good location next to Arundel railway station. And supprisingly quite even with the A27 running past it. The rooms are clean and functional and the breakfast is good. Run by a lovely couple and a small staff. Ideal as a stop off place for few days to explore the surrounding area.

Very convenient for visiting castle & WWT, which are walkable if you are reasonably fit. Staff in hotel very friendly and efficient. Lovely to have such a nice breakfast included at no extra cost!

Small hotel, nice location, clean room but had a faint musty smell & lovely breakfast. It's closed to the road so can be noisy. You are given ear plugs.

Nice hotel, room a little dated and our room was on front so a little noisy from traffic. Bit very comfortable. Service and breakfast very nice and great location for Arundel
