What a gem of a place! We stayed in the lodge, while our friends stayed in their motorhome, and we all had a fantastic time. The lodge was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The fishing lake was very well stocked and beautifully maintained, making it a real highlight of our visit. Margaret and Stuart were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great couple of days here. It was super quiet, very relaxed. The couple who run the place were friendly without being overbearing. We will definitely be back as it's great value too.

Camper van break away A two-night stopover with family was a delightful experience, and the hosts, Stuart and Margaret, extended the warmest of welcomes. The setting is truly lovely, surrounded by woodland and teeming with wildlife. Two ponds, well-stocked with carp, provide a fishing opportunity for a modest fee. Overall, it was a lovely break, and we certainly plan to return.

An excellent site for the camper/motorhome. Basin and toilet available but we used our own facilities anyway. The hosts Stuart and Margaret are lovely very friendly and welcoming. We will return for another weekend stay
