The Penthouse is an eighth-floor apartment in central Ashford with direct access to a private balcony—the kind of outside space most city flats don't offer. It sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link king bed that can be separated into twin beds if needed. The main living area has patio doors opening onto the balcony, a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, and enough comfort to work from or simply unwind in.

The kitchen is fully equipped: electric and induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine mean you can cook properly or keep things simple. One bathroom has a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rental. There is private parking for one car on site, and self-check-in is available outside standard hours. The property is non-smoking.
