About Breckland Lodge
Thetford Forest and Norwich are both within driving distance of Breckland Lodge, making it a handy base for walking, cycling or a day exploring the city, while Attleborough itself sits close to pubs and restaurants for evenings out. The surrounding area suits anyone wanting to combine outdoor time with easy access back to a comfortable room.
Rooms are en-suite with air conditioning, and family and accessible rooms are available, with drinks in room and free WiFi throughout. The hotel has a lift, so upper floors are easy to reach, and pets are welcome for those travelling with animals. On site there's a restaurant serving a carvery alongside kids' meals and packed lunches for early starts, plus a bar and a quieter coffee lounge for relaxing away from the main dining room. A garden and outdoor seating area add extra space to sit outside.
Breakfast is included, and staff are on hand to help with practical requests, from directions for local walks to arranging a packed lunch. Free on-site parking makes it straightforward for guests driving in from further afield, and the overall setup is geared towards good value rather than frills.

Wonderful experience at the Breckland Lodge today, the stag restaurant should take great pride knowing that they have staff like Nikki on the team. Almost instantly upon arriving we were kindly greeted and shown to our table. She was extremely polite and very attentive despite the crazy heat today. Food was all round good. Nicely air-conditioned. Would 100% visit again.

Went for a family meal while staying nearby. Absolutely blown away with the quality of the food. The restaurant is very well presented, staff are very welcoming and friendly and I'll say it again, the food was amazing. We thought on a Monday it would be quiet but soon after 17:30 the restaurant was quite full. My wife and I had the carvery with all the trimmings. My son had the Stag Burger and my daughter the Bangers & Mash. Really great quality, well cooked and flavourful. The desserts... WOW I would highly recommend the crumble. We will definitely be visiting again next time we are down here

Rooms were lovely and clean. The Sunday lunch carvery was tasty. The breakfast which was included was well worth it. For what we paid I wasn't expecting a lot but I was really surprised at the quality of everything. Well done
