Snetterton racetrack is nine minutes' drive away, and you'll hear the engines from Bradcar Farm Cottage when there's racing on. The property sits well for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk too—Thetford Forest, Banham Zoo and Bressingham Steam and Gardens are all within reach, and market towns like Diss, Watton and Swaffham have shops and restaurants nearby. Norwich, with its castle, cathedral and galleries, is accessible for a day out.

The cottage is detached and entirely yours, with two bedrooms (a double and two singles), a bathroom and a ground-floor living and dining space. French doors from the main bedroom open onto a sun deck overlooking the garden, which wraps around the property with both sunny and shaded spots. There's parking for two cars on site, and the cottage is fully modernised inside with an equipped kitchen—electric range, microwave-grill, fridge-freezer and washing machine are all here. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One step leads to the entrance; there is also a step in the garden itself. No smoking indoors. One dog is welcome, free of charge.
