The Cottage

Chelsworth is a village where public footpaths crisscross the surrounding countryside, and the medieval market town of Lavenham lies within easy reach. The Cottage is a four-bedroom house built to sleep eight, with two bathrooms and the run of the whole place to yourself. One dog stays free.

Ground floor rooms include a living room with a woodburner and smart TV, a dining room with a bar counter, and a kitchen fitted with a gas cooker, range, microwave and American fridge freezer. French doors open to the garden. Upstairs are four double bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. A utility room houses a dishwasher and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included; the woodburner comes with initial fuel. You have private parking for two cars and a patio garden with furniture.

The cottage suits families or groups wanting space to spread out and entertain indoors. No smoking is permitted. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
