What visitors say
We had our son’s 7th birthday party here and booked the exclusive package which runs 5:30pm - 7:30pm and includes up to 30 children. The party was brilliant, all the kids absolutely loved it. The staff catered for 3 children that were gluten free which was a bonus as not all venues do this. The staff on the day went above and beyond so thank you very much our son and his friends had a brilliant time!

Went to Halloween party here tonight. My three daughters 11, 9 and 3 had the best time. Catered to all their ages. The adult curry option was super tasty. The ladies who hosted the night were amazing and faultless. Good vibes good crowd. Thank you for a great Halloween party 🥳

To say it was filthy, would probably be too harsh, however we were the first to arrive promptly at 09:30 and it was evident that not even a brush had seen any of the equipment. On the ground level on each of the climbing frames were remnants of food, inclusive of half a bag of crisps, half a chocolate bar and various biscuits and wrappers. I can’t comment on what they sell behind the counter, as I personally don’t see the need in fuelling a toddler up with chocolates for a 2 hour play session, but potentially an allergy hazard if for arguments sake this was a snickers bar? Additionally, as we arrived, immediately prior so did the first workers (we exchanged friendly waves from our cars as we were mistaken for one of their friends). Upon entering the establishment, it was quiet (no music, which did start up roughly 15-30 minutes into our session), cold and half the lights weren’t turned on (around the wrist-banded play zones). I understand that time is needed to start/ set up when staff arrive, but then perhaps it would be prudent to move the opening hours to 10:00/10:30 if staff are arriving at 09:30? Furthermore, whilst the attitude of the staff members on the reception desks and shoe check in was pleasant and welcoming, the attitude of the staff members in that play zone with the teacup ride et.al. was abhorrent. The face on them (would hate to incorrectly gender them in this day and age), was identical to that of mine when Frank Lampard’s “goal” that went 2 yards over the line vs Germany in the 2010 World Cup wasn’t awarded. While through gritted teeth towards me and my partner they did their job (the bare minimum being opening and closing the padlock gate), what I overheard them speaking to children on their own was a discusting attitude, and certainly one that you would not expect a worker within this sector to have. Overall, my child enjoyed the slides, the football pitch (as did I to be fair on this one), and the mirrors. They did not appreciate the thin layer of dust that has appeared to settle across the entire room, the bouncy castle (picky on her part to be fair, I had a good crack on this), and the additional charge of the ‘car’ area which appeared to be coin operated, despite us paying for a wristband for “unlimited access to everything else” as was advertised when purchasing. Now I suppose if you’ve got this far you’re wondering if I’d go again? Probably not, but for the entry fee it would offer a suitable hide out spot should a zombie apocalypse break out, so it would be unfair to say “would never come again”. Gave this 2 stars to hopefully stand out and be given a better chance of being read, so parents of the area can be as informed as they deem necessary before deciding where to take their most prized possessions.

Recently had my 4 year olds birthday party here, everything was so easy, all we had to do was pay and turn up with a cake and party bags. Everyone loved it and our party hosts Leah and Skye were fab with the kids! We had a few dietary requirements and they couldn’t be more accommodating, great option for a kids party. Also we live nearby and it is by far our kids fav place to play.

Some reviews mention the play areas can be neglected.
