About Bryn Gwyn Farm Caravan Park
Bryn Gwyn Farm Caravan Park sits in straightforward rural surroundings near Bala, making it a useful base for exploring Snowdonia's lakes and hills. The site keeps things simple and relaxed – perfect if you're after somewhere unpretentious to return to after days spent hiking or messing about on the water at Bala Lake. There's a restaurant nearby when you can't face the camp stove, though do note this is a no-dogs site, so you'll need to leave four-legged friends at home. It won't win prizes for bells and whistles, but as a fuss-free stopover in proper Gwynedd countryside, it does the job nicely.

What visitors say
Lovely peaceful. Been here many times over the yrs.Site owners are very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. This site is mainly for static caravans but there are a couple of hard standing pitches for tourers. Toilet and shower block which takes £1 coins. There is a washer and dryer on site again takes £1 coins. The only thing I would say is maybe for the owners to put a handle rail in the shower as I slipped getting out and there was nothing for me to grab hold of. Overall this campsite is ideal for those who want to see the lovely country side and bala lake.

Nice site. We use the rellies static caravan here once a year, it's lovely. Quiet and out the way but within walking distance of the pub (The Eagle) and with lots of nice medium and easy walks directly from the site. Great little spot, a real gem.

Bryn Gwyn Caravan Park is great. It's far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to get there to pick up anything you need. Bear in mind that the park is small, and amenities are basic, there is a toilet block with showers, washing machines are available too. There is Wi-Fi, but it isn't great. This is not a Haven or Butlins experience! We're lucky enough to be able to use a static van belonging to family, so showers, toilets etc, aren't a problem for us. Just come and take in the lovely scenery :)
