Love the new comfy chairs it was also really clean too. It was very cold though so glad I had my jumper as wouldn't be able to of sat the whole movie without it it was that cold. Bit disappointed you can't get warm popcorn anymore but I still got one paid £7.50 found that some bits were quite chewy so guess the popcorn had been sat on shelf all day. Had to ask a staff member too how to pay as everything is self serve which is a bit hardworking trying to carry everything and having to scan my ticket. Used to have staff that used to do your ticket for you, after I paid i needed help with something else and no staff to be found if your gonna make things self serve you still need staff out front at all times. But we had a nice time anyways. Staff need to check the room in future and put the heating on.

The new seating was extremely comfortable (almost too comfortable lol) we had the super Lux seats at the back of the theater with electronically recling for and head rests, along with very spacious arm rests and stressed for food and drinks definitely recommend for that luxury experience

There are a few different bad things 1 - the bass on the sound system in our screen was faulty, whenever it was bassy it'd get a weird flappy sound 2 - the men's toilets are faulty, all urinals were filled to the brim with urine and leaking all on the floor, and one of the men's cubicals is straight up missing a door. 3 - they've removed pretty much all the employees and made the food and ticket area self service, and doubled the price of the foods from before
